Mohammadmian Soomro has become yet another ‘illegal’ caretaker prime minister under a law manufactured by the army chief. The law has already been declared illegal and unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Mr Soomro acted has violated the constitution of Pakistan in assuming this position. Can we see Article 6 being applied to Mr Soomro as well at some point?
